Above is a picture of the hole I found in the tail of my epoxy board. Unfortunately, the guy at the surfboard shop did not ask me whether I had an epoxy board or a fiberglass board so he gave me the polyester Solarez resin that is meant for fiberglass boards. I found this out after I made the repair haha but oh well it still worked great to make the board water tight. I read online that the polyester version of the Solarez resin can eat the foam used inside epoxy boards. Luckily I did not have to use much so I don't think it did much damage.

The store looks like a large sand castle and has some very cool sculptures all around it. This place is quite a tour bus destination, so get ready to wait in line when checking out.

Our 2009 tour took us out to Ocean Surf Shop in Folly Beach which is about 20 minutes from Charlestown, SC. There seemed to always be a long line at this place to get Shave Ice...aka....snow cones. Well, they're not really snow cones...they're someting so much better! In the bottom of the cone, I had them put some ice cream (but you could choose other things like these sweet bean stuff). Then they put the shave ice and the flavored syrup on it! AND you could also add something on the top like condensed milk (I know, total sugar overload)! These are soooooooo stinkin' yummy! I'm in withdrawals already!

Our last stops for Siren's "Get on Board" Demo Days was in my home town of Jupiter, Fl. It was great to see all my friends and hang out together on the water! Everyone was so excited to try the 9'0 and 11'0 Siren SUP Board and the turnout proved it!

Surf central in Stuart, Florida located at 1830 S. Federal Highway is a Stuart staple. Stuart is not jam packed with surf shops, so Surf Central is they shop to go to. Surf Central caters to both the local and tourist surfer. SC has a great selection of apparel, gear, sunglasses, skateboards and a huge selection of DVD's. Both owner Doug and manager Teague are great guys with years of surfing experience between them. SC has a cool friendly vibe and either Doug or Teague will take the time to make sure you get on the right board. Surf Central runs a summer surf camp as well as a ladies SUP clinic. Talk to Teague about either camp.

If your in Atlantic Beach, North Carolina you have to visit Atlantic Beach surf shop, it's like no other surf shop we have seen. The recently expanded and renovated shop doubled in size to almost 10,000 sq. feet making ths one of the biggest surf shops on our tour. AB surf shop opened in 1964, selling surfboards to locals and tourists for over 45 years.
